Save for two years, I won't either.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostI was pulling for OU as well. Not me I was cheering for Florida with all my heart. Urban obviously knows talent when he sees it, especially at the tight end position, did you see Hernandez? Talk about a vital cog in the offense, if he had a tightend worth two shits at Utah they would have never lost a game.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostI was pulling for OU as well. No kidding, our tight ends were weak sauce during the Meyer era. The best one was probably Matt Hansen by a mile.Originally posted by cougjunkie View PostNot me I was cheering for Florida with all my heart. Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

No clue. How can a coach take a scrappy bunch of kids who weren't even bowl eligible two years earlier all the way to the national title, but now loses the title every other year with a roster full of five-star recruits? It's truly baffling. You start to wonder if there's not a hex on the program.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View PostYou are a good sport. I just don't get it. how can a team that has SO much talent (being serious here) have such a hard time in big bowl games? it makes no sense.
And of course I'm a good sport. What else are you going to do? In the end, it's just football, and we're still a top-tier program that's won more national titles than pretty much anybody else. (We're also a team that's lost more title games than anybody else, but that's beside the point). When your team wins eleven games every year, you can hardly complain.
