Nor can Utah. Perhaps that is why they didn't make the list, at least Oregon keeps the games with BSU close.

Ancient history. Since then, we won THE SUG with a tougher sked than Oregon had this year. Too bad Oregon won't be top five even! Nor did we claim to be in position to dominate the next TEN YEARS after Boise beat us!

Well, he picked out two teams to dominate each of the major conferences. After USC, who else was he going to choose from the Pac-10? Washington? Arizona?

Besides, with two conference titles, Oregon really was the runner-up from the conference this decade. Apparently in the Pac-10 it doesn't take much to come in second.

                LOL

in 2005, Georgia went 13-1 en route to an SEC Championship and a loss to West Virginia in the Sugar Bowl. Georgia's conference record...was 6-2
                Yikes.

If the Pac-10 were to expand, who would they take? BYU and Air Force seem like good candidates given their competitive academics and recently resurgent programs
                I had to stop there.

                thanks babs.
