    Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

        And I kid you not, some ute fans are responding with pics of evangelicals putting their hands on Trump's head and somehow implying this is a "whatabout" re: BYU.

          It was a stupid picture. It was disrespectful. There is also a lot of speculation, without any actual proof, about the involvement of Utah coaches or players in it.

          I think it would also be interesting to find where Criddle got the picture from.

            These are recruits right? I can’t imagine any scenario where there wasn’t a host or some kind of adult present.

                  Im late to this drama but after reading this thread I'm not sure I think this was the right thing for Criddle to blast. What good can come from this? It sure seems like a big gotcha against the Utes but I'll admit I'm a little uncomfortable with throwing teenagers under the bus.

                      Kids do dumb things. Adults are there to steer them away from dumb things. The adults either didn't care or dropped the ball on this. It is offensive. The uofutah should take ownership.

                          Also, pretty funny all the outrage over recruits being disrespectful when one of Cougar nation's favorites is arguably disrespectful to the church here.

                              The comment made by Zach that "Joseph Smith was fucking 10 bitches." Like I said, I laughed at it. Gained a lot of respect for Zach Wilson there. I'm also a heathen.

                              For the believing members though, it is also arguably pretty disrespectful that he sold Joseph Smith short like that. He was fucking a lot more than 10 bitches.
