btw, anybody else eyeballing the Florida/South Carolina game and hoping one of two things happens:

1. South Carolina pulls off the upset OR
2. A meteor from outer space lands on the stadium and destroys both football programs, Steve Spurrier, Tim Tebow, and whatever pro-SEC media that has gathered to report on the game

Matt Barkley blows. He has no business being under center right now. I have a hard time believing Mitch Mustain can't give SC as much of a chance as Matt Barkley.

Lundquist and Danielson are truly horrible. The only reason they're better than the mtn announcers is by default.

Next year will be rough, as well, as SC loses anyone and everyone that can leap to the NFL.

Today we are seeing the difference between a redshirt Freshman and true Freshman. Barkley may prove to be great (his arm is so so) but right now he is not ready for this.

The Ohio State/Iowa game is turning out to be a good one. Tied up with 2:42 left in the 4th.

What is worse. BYU winning ugly on the road against a miserable UNM team or USC getting blown out at home by a good Stanford team.

Again, all run plays at the Coliseum. Coaching staff seems to have thrown in the towel. Zero confidence in Barkley's ability to throw the ball.

Those USC coaches look like mall cops in their tan shirts.

USC will fall all the way to #12 or so -- most commentators will still say that they are probably one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the country. They just haven't played like it.

I wouldn't mind a matchup between BYU and USC in the Poinsettia Bowl.
