This is going to be a great game. BSU hasn't faced a defense like TCU's and I think the Frogs will win this game by 14-17 points.

Boy was I wrong.

BSU's defense was a lot better than I thought it was. Fortunately, the TCU defense showed that it is as good as advertised, after the first quarter anyway.

That was a very entertaining game. I'm just glad the Frogs got a win for the conference. And hopefully, this will be the game that permanently ends the trend of the MWC being BSU's bitch.

As TCU's ground game shredded BSU all night, I found myself wondering how many yards BYU would have rushed for? Maybe 95 on 11 carries?

No kidding. I found myself wondering why TCU was even passing the ball at all. If they hadn't come out in the second half and established the run, they were in danger of passing themselves right out of the game, much like BYU did against Utah.

Well, BSU's defense isn't terrible, but it did give up 475 yards to TCU. TCU did a poor job of putting points on the board. With that many yards, they should have at the bare minimum been in the 30s.

TCU killed themselves with stupid turnovers on trick plays. Like the wide receiver pass, and faking the wide receiver screen to the sidelines and then throwing it middle, Dalton didnt even look. Great play by the D-lineman and I loved the spin move.

TCUs defense is unbelievable. Did anyone hear Mark Mays comments about Boise? He said they are a minimum 4 loss team in the Mountain West.

Although we're giving props to Boise today, next year we in the MWC will return to calling them overrated and in a crap conference; and despite all that the MWC has accomplished this year, come August we'll hear the same from others. We don't want to like the WAC, and the BCS doesn't want to like the MWC, and that will never change.

I agree. TCU reminded me of the Utes from this season - great on D, but failure to move the ball into the endzone like they should. Still, that TCU defense is amazing!
