Defense of Max Hall: 3rd Down Conversions

I don't know why this is so hard.

No one is saying Max Hall is a bad quarterback.

People are saying he's not where he should be as a third-year starter, mostly thanks to limited tools at his disposal and some iffy decision-making.

He is a good to great QB. Not a lock-solid All-Time Greatest Ever at BYU QB.

And as always, this depends heavily on how he does against TCU, Utah and our bowl opponent. If he is lights out against those three teams, I reserve the right to change my opinion.

Your point is that Hall excels at certain areas of his game. No one is arguing that.
