Two random observations:
1) Blue shirt-yellow/gold tie combo was super hawt from about 1997-1999. While it's not unstylish now, its heyday has certainly passed (for now, anyway).
2) I'd almost bet my life that's a Stafford Executive shirt. I'm not a fan of many of Stafford's shirts, but the Executive is a pretty nice shirt for the price.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

I agree about the blue shirt/yellow tie. There's one guy at my firm that consistently wears a light blue shirt, same yellow striped tie, and navy blue suit. 3 out of 5 days of the week, it seems. I think he considers it his "power" ensemble.Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.
