Why do you think this? I've heard this so many times before yet seen the player's petition be denied. The NCAA committee seems so random on this.

Most of those denied at BYU also tend to be RMs. The NCAA gives you a seven year window to use up all your elgibility. If a kid redshirts at BYU, then serves a mission and then plays 3 years and then breaks his leg and sits out a year, the NCAA denies because he has already used up the 7 year window.Originally posted by jay santos View PostWhy do you think this? So'oto did not serve a mission and his window started ticking in 2005. He played in 2005, sat out 2006 with an injury, played in 2007, sat out 2008 with an injury, is playing in 2009. He has used 5 years of the 7 year window, I think he gets another year.Do Your Damnedest In An Ostentatious Manner All The Time!

I'm choosing to mostly ignore your fatuity here and instead overwhelm you with so much data that you'll maybe, just maybe, realize that you have reams to read on this subject before you can contribute meaningfully to any conversation on this topic.

The two BYU games I've seen have me thinking that a healthy Pendleton may be the best LB to ever play at BYU by the time he's through. Yep, better than White, Gouvia (sp?) & Morris.
I predict by the time he's a senior, he'll be an AA, Butkis candidate, and a legitimate game changer. I'm gonna hate this guy.
