    Shawne Merriman arrested for choking Tila Tequila..........

    I guess she put him under citizens arrest for choking her and not allowing her to leave.

    According to recent reports however it sounds like she was really drunk, they got in a fight and she was trying to leave. He was trying to keep her from driving home that way, so she wigged out and called the cops. The cops heard the story and didnt arrest him, so she placed him under citizens arrest.

          Tila Tequila is not bad. I have a hard time not imagining the 6'5 265 pound Merriman with the 4'9 95 pound Tequila.
