Post game interview: "If we'd just done one or two things right, we would've won." (after a two plus TD loss).

Post game interview: "What was going through your mind when you threw (or caught) that game winning TD?"
"They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

I also hate when sports talk guys, or sports reporters, use this intro when interviewing a player: "Talk about _____ and how you were able blah blah blah. Just ask the question!

          lol exactly...

You know they want to say "I was hoping he'd catch the damn ball...what else would I be thinking???"

            X-factor.

A [insert player's name]. e.g. "You can afford to have a big man who doesn't score when you've got a LeBron James or a Dwyane Wade on your team."

Bolerjack's overuse of "circus shot". A reverse layup is not a circus shot, Craig. Shut up.

I agree. Its not a circus shot unless there's an elephant involved.

Describing a run as "patient" because the RB/FB followed his blockers.

Incessant talking about how Coach X will never deviate from his "scripted plays." Really so 4th and inches on the 7th play of the game and you decide to go for it but the scrip says play 7 is 15 yard crossing pattern, sounds good.

"Riverboat gambler" I can't think of a time that was ever a fun/interesting/unique title to give someone.

Saying that a player x is in range to make a jump shot if "he is in the gym/building."

Here's another one that I hate:

"He's being recruited as an athlete." They're ALL athletes! Yes, I understand what they mean by it, but its still annoying.

In football, when they talk about defenders "flying around." I suppose that means the players are moving fast, but its annoying.
