The Trial of the Mullet, the 2015-2016 NHL season thread.

Training camp starts on Friday. Time to move on from the off-season thread to the season thread.

Chicago Blackhawks release the camp roster. Kane is expected to be in camp. I think the team shouldn't have him at camp, but I'm in the its time to move on from Kane camp.

First preseason game is against those bastards from Detroit on Tuesday.

No homophonic errors in this thread title. Progress.

Good grief. Did they even have time to take their sweaty skates off from the Stanley Cup finals before they had to be in camp? This is worse than baseball.

Fuck, I forgot to post a picture.

Patrick Kane at training camp was a disaster, an absolute disaster. I was right that the Blackhawks should have kept him home.
"This has been an incredibly difficult time for many people. I cannot apologize enough for the distraction,” he said. “I am confident that when all the facts are brought to light, I am confident I will be absolved of having done nothing wrong."

Seabrook replaces Sharp as an Alternate Captain. I doubt Kane was ever really an option and he became not an option as soon s hte allegations surfaced. Right call if Seabrook is back next year with the Blackhawks. I would have preferred to see Hossa as an alternate captain.

not only that, you then quoted the picture. Can you edit your original post to include a photo and supercede this crap?

I tried last time, it doesn't work. The first picture stays. I did remove it from the offending quoted post.

Bickell still suffering from vertigo symptoms. I wouldn't be shocked if he ends up on LTIR soon.

The Kane investigation has gotten really bizarre.
