He didn't throw at Escobar. Believe me, if he wanted to hit Escobar he would have.
He threw the ball up and very in, to where Escobar would possibly get hit IF Escobar aggressively dives over the plate to swing at a first pitch fastball. (By the way, that scenario is not a HBP, it's strike 1.)
Okay.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

What is the obsession tv announcers have on replay reviews of whether or not there was enough evidence to affect the outcome of the call? There just must be nothing else to talk about during those stoppage of plays, and of course for the next few minutes afterwards.

Sometimes you have to manufacture controversy. Example: see falafel's posts above

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."

Speaking of boring games, this one is dragging on...

Well, baseball and boring are synonyms afterall.
Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

That was a good game. Love playoff baseball, disappointing to see Cespedes end it like that.

Wow. Great game pitched by Harvey for 8 innings. You have to let him pitch the 9th, but he didn't have anything left in the tank. Now you could lose because you didn't pull him.

I mean, it would only be fitting if we were to win this for yet another 2+ run come from behind win.
