Spurs make offer to Greek Center

Look at this kids per minute numbers. Pretty damn productive. Hopefully that translates somewhat to the NBA and it gives San Antonio another piece.

Spurs make offer to Greek center.....aka.......time to start shopping Tim Duncan and blow this thing up.

It is the smart thing to do. Duncan has amazing trade value and Parker is still very young. Bring in a legit center and surround him with 2 solid players that you might get for Duncan......who knows?
    Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

If Blair's knee stays healthy, he could be a major steal SA, as playing alongside Duncan is exactly the complement he needs. The 6-15 last night wasn't pretty, but the overall 16 pts and 19 rebs in just 22 mins is pretty eye popping.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Ric Bucher compared him to Paul Millsap because he said he attackes the glass, but does not have much of a post game and offers no resistance at the rim, similar to Millsap.

I would agree that Sap has no real offensive moves, but offers no resistance at the rim? I'm not sure what Bucher means by that. Sap is a competent defender, and he was among the top quarter of all PF's in both blocks and steals per minute.

You're gonna miss Oberto when he is tearing it up in Washington this season.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Compared to what Booz and Okur give the Jazz in that area, Millsap is the NBA Defensive Player of the Year.

But I agree with Bucher that Millsap isn't really a shot-adjust, shot-blocking threat. I doubt many players think twice about driving to the hoop if Paul is waiting for them.

But that doesn't mean "no resistance at the rim." Boozer is no resistance at the rim. Paul clearly gives you something.

                  Truth.

Man, I hope the Jazz move Boozer before we lose him for nothing.

28 points in 26 minutes last night for Blair. Of course it's still preseason, but he's looking impressive.

Blair is a player that I wish the Blazers have drafted. I don't understand drafting Pendergraph over Blair.
