This one is tough. It was Manny. I think Evan Longoria could be the best of the next generation. But this one, like last 10 years? Man, this kills me, but Jeter is up there."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

Ichiro bats left.Originally posted by I.J. ReillyI suppose it depends on how you measure greatness. Ichiro is pretty good, and I'd be really surprised if he wasn't clean since he doesn't have any sort of power. It would have been interesting to have him play his whole career in the U.S. Even without that, I think he's a lock for the hall."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

So, no way Albert is clean, but Longoria is clean? Go figure.Originally posted by Surfah View PostNo way Albert is clean.

Or perhaps, that is not what you are implying there.I'm like LeBron James.

I agree about Jeter. It would be much easier to root for him if he wasn't a Yankee, but he's a good one. For my sanity, I hope he isn't clean, but dangit, there's no reason to think is isn't.Originally posted by Surfah View PostNo way Albert is clean.

To clarify, I don't think Longoria juices. I think Albert does. But who knows. Longoria was a nobody, undrafted out of HS and had to go to a JC before going to LBSU. So it wouldn't surprise me if he did/does. However, I think it's just a matter of time before Albert gets nailed.Originally posted by smokymountainrain View PostSo, no way Albert is clean, but Longoria is clean? Go figure.

So I'll add another for the next generation who I am pretty sure doesn't juice: Pedroia."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

See, while you don't think Longoria juices, for whatever reason, I don't think Pujols does. Whereas with Longoria I'd kind of be shocked if doesn't juice.Originally posted by Surfah View PostTo clarify, I don't think Longoria juices. I think Albert does. But who knows. I'd agree on Pedroia. But as you mentioned, at the end of the day, who knows.I'm like LeBron James.

If you've ever tried that grip, it feels really weird, but you have so much more control of the bat. I did it a few times in BP just for fun.Originally posted by Surfah View PostYoukilis too. There's a video on this page of an interview with El Hombre. Either he'll look like a major-league asshole if it comes out that he used PED's...or he's telling the truth.Originally posted by RC Vikings View PostAfter Poohole (and I'm not sure he is clean) who is the greatest clean right handed batter of this generation?
