Going back to the Chicago series, I don't think we'd find a superstar player that got called for more offensive fouls in the playoffs than LeBron has this year, other than Shaq. And so many of James' have been such crappy calls on moving screens and flops by his defenders. You just don't see those go against the superstars in the NBA. It is such an odd thing to watch.

Comparing him to Shaq makes sense. Lebron is tough to ref just like Shaq --both so strong and always taking it hard to the hoop so it makes sense that both those guys get called for offensive fouls more than guys like Bird/Jordan/Magic/Dirk. Agreed some of the moving screen and defensive fouls on Lebron have left me scratching my head.

I want the Heat to win this but would bet on the Spurs to get game 7.

Watched the replay again of the last play...how good was that by Pop? He sits Parker, runs a double-move setup for Green, and puts him in a great position. Great defense by Bosh.

I really thought the Spurs were fated in this one. They were getting the calls, somehow turning up every loose possession and getting and-1s on half of them, scoring on broken plays, etc. It just seemed like the whole thing was going to go their way.

Bron Bron gets tons of calls. However, maybe his admitted flopping plays a factor in the calls that he gets.

Yep, fantastic game. Maybe some of those 80s Finals games were this good -- Lakers/Celtics went to OT a couple of times in 1984.

Bottom line is the Heat were damn lucky and should have lost this one.
