It is a keeper league:

Ryan Howard, Phillip Hughes and Francisco Liriano for Pujols, Adam Jones, and Fausto Carmona.

I then trade Clay Buchholz and Adam Jones for Ichiro.

Follow that up by trading Ichiro back to my original team I traded with for Ryan Howard.

So I end up with:

Pujols and Carmona.

Give up: Buchholz, Hughes, and Liriano from my team.
