Blazers' throw celebration before playoffs start

Portland news claimed something like 30,000 people showed up. Usually a team wins something before the giant public celebration. Somehow I doubt Houston is this happy just to be in the playoffs. Rockets in 6 looks pretty good.

Blazers haven't made the playoffs for a long time and threw a rally to start the playoffs. I don't see any problem with that or an indication of the team being happy to just be there.
