Guys, you all owe JohnnyLingo a huge apology. After watching Game 1 today, I think he is right. Pau Gasol is a really important part of the Lakers team. Why is this so hard for all of you to see and admit? Why can only JohnnyLingo and I see the truth for what it is?

Hmmm... the Gasol trade was not a summer deal, but a near-deadline deal with Pau being moved early February of 2008. So, I guess if you mean two summers ago in Australia, Brazil or any other place in the Southern Hemisphere, you might be correct. But no, the deal was a deadline deal.
