Wakefield has a no no going into the 8th against the A's.
A's don't know how to hit the Knuckle ball?

Thank you now please go ahead and post about how the A's cannot score runs.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostDamn it, I messed up the no no by posting this.
Brett Anderson had a nice start in his 2nd major league start. 7.0 IP, 5 K, 2 BB, 1.0 WHIP, 2 earned runs. If he can keep that control and an over 2/1 K/BB ratio, I'll be very optimistic about how he can pitch this year.As I lead this army, make room for mistakes and depression

Rule #1 - Never talk to or look at the pitcher when he's got a no-hitter going.
Rule #2 - Never talk to or look at the pitcher when he gives up a hit to end the no-hitter."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

Question #1 - When do you talk to or look at the pitcher then?

I should be more clear.Originally posted by Coach McGuirk View PostQuestion #1 - When do you talk to or look at the pitcher then?
The catcher is the only one allowed to look at the pitcher, but that is only to flash signals. In the dugout, just keep clear.
As for when it's ok to talk to or look at the pitcher, the day after is fine, as long as you don't bring up the blown no-hitter."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill
