Beck has looked OK. The receivers have had some key drops/turnovers and the line isn't helping him out a ton.

Beck gets a TD run, but now the Skins D can't stop Newton and Co."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.
Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Tebow 3/10 for 24 yards early in the 4th quarter.
I thought this was pretty good:

The ageless Steve Smith is absolutely killing worthless DeAngelo Hall and the Redskins.
Former Ute Brice McCain intercepted Matt Hasslebeck for a Houston TD."They're good. They've always been good" - David Shaw.

I've only watched the second half, but Beck looks pretty decent. Problem is that he's the possible answer to only one of many questions the Redskins have.Originally posted by DrumNFeather View PostThe ageless Steve Smith is absolutely killing worthless DeAngelo Hall and the Redskins.

You didn't see that TD highlight he had in week 1 or 2? It was on SportsCenter and plays of the week. Sick stuff. Someone should post the YouTube.Originally posted by Hot Lunch View PostThis is the first time I have watched Steve Smith this year. He is still a bad ass.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

Beck was far from the Redskins issues today. Considering all things he actually played pretty well. And going forward they're in a world of hurt. Losing Hightower today and maybe Moss is bad. Not to mention that it seems like offenses are figuring out how to exploit Haslett's defense. Just spread them out. I feel sorry for Beck because this is shot and likely his last at a starting gig and the team is going to shit around him. On the other hand I can't think of a better coach for all this to happen to."Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic

I wouldn't be too hard on Shanny. Were it not for him, Beck might be out of the league.Originally posted by Surfah View PostBeck was far from the Redskins issues today. Charles Woodson with the class move of the day:
After his 2nd pick of the game, he gave the ball to a little girl who looks to be about 7 years old. She and her family are sitting in Packers gear behind the Green Bay bench. What a great thing to see."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

Who dat?!? I'm dat tonight!!!"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
