That reverse layup by Ronnie Brewer when he got fouled and still was able to get the ball up and in was incredible.

The game reminded me of the comeback against the Nets a few months back. It's great for the team to realize they aren't out of the game even when they fall behind.

DWill is a force. Brewer and Okur were pretty mediocre last night and Williams was able to bring the Jazz back from 19 points down. The key to the playoff run may be Brewer and Miles continuing to improve and to score points in transition as well as hit outside shots.

I would hardly say that Brewer was mediocre last night. Brewer has been incredible the last month and has been a huge part of the Jazz improved play. Brewer had 16 points and 3 steals last night, and was very active deflecting balls, and playing decent defense. It wasn't his greatest game, but I would hardly put any blame on Brewer when Memo and Boozer looked very below average. When your #4 starter can chip in 16 points, you take it.

I mean, there is no question that Williams is what makes the Jazz. He was incredible again last night. I loved it when Donte Jones (who are you?) got up in his grill and basically sealed Denver's fate from that point on. Watching D-Will playing pissed off is a lot of fun.

This upcoming road trip is huge. If we can go 3-2 or better, we may be able to make a push for HCA in round 1.

No Spurs and no Lakers and the Jazz will be fine. Of course, that is the problem. If you want to win it all, you have to go through at least one, and most likely both of those teams. The Jazz struggle against those two teams, because they are so good and so experienced. At least this will be the Jazz 3rd trip to the playoffs, winning first round series each of the last two years. Granted, that probably means the Jazz will lay an egg and get knocked out in the 1st round by a team they probably should beat.

Great win, but now the real games begin.

The 10 game winning streak has been a blast, but most of those wins came at home and now it's time to take the next step and start winning on the road.

Sorry, but I can't stand Mark Jackson. He's an asshat of the 1st degree, and atrocious color commentator.

Not to mention he's a despicable human being. I had a chance to be backstage for a Jazz game one night during the 1 year he was on the roster.

At the end of the game, one that the Jazz had won, he was approached by a rep from the Jazz pushing a kid in a wheelchair, wearing Jazz gear from head to toe and the Jazz Rep asked him to sign the kids shirt, and Mark goes...."Nah,,,I don't have time for this crap." and gave a dismissive wave with his arm and walked off.

Matt Harpring was standing 2 feet away from him when he did that and said within ear shot of everyone there...."and THAT is why no one here likes him."

I started watching the ESPN broadcast, but had to change it. Mostly because Denver was killing Utah and I have a similar sentiment that Rocky does towards Mark Jackson. Once I found out the game was being broadcast on FSN as well I switched it over. Yes, it did mean that Steve Brown was doing the game, and you know how much I hate Mark Jackson when I am choosing to listen Steve Brown over him.

On a side note, my favorite Steve Brown quote of the night, with the Jazz trailing 47-30:

Yes, with the Jazz down 17 points, Denver has "only" led by as many as 14.

He got consistently out hustled by Osama Bin Balkman, Chris Anderson and was fumbling passes left and right. None of our bigs played well. The fact the Jazz pulled it out with eggs laid by Boozer, Okur and a below-average game by 'Sap, I'll take it.

Yeah, Boozer sucked. The Jazz don't need him if he plays like that. They didn't need him today.

Another strong finish against Toronto (just watched it on my DVR). DWill knows how to turn it up a notch in the closing minutes of these games. Korver played really well. If the Jazz would have just hit a couple more layups they would have won big.

Bosh looks like he's mailing it in at this point in Toronto. Not much enthusiasm.
