    The Cubs have a player on their roster who's a native Italian -- the first native Italian pitcher ever signed.

    I wonder if he'll find deep dish pizza to be as annoying as I find it. Might as well call it marinara casserole, IMO.

      That is very cool. Thanks for posting that link.

      Italy won the European Little League Championship last year and made a first-time appearance at Williamsport. That was fun to see.

      I'm sure he will. As far as I know, there is no such thing as deep dish pizza in Italy. He would most likely view it as a gastronomical abomination.
