    Hot as a pistol

It's been over two years since I first saw the story of Jason McElwain lighting it up from 3 point range. His discription of him being hot as a pistol still makes me laugh as I'm misting up. I don't know what it is about that story, but it gets me every time.

Greatest story ever. I remember seeing the video on the news and then the feature by ESPN and then again the feature by ABC during the playoffs and it got me each time. Shoot even the youtube videos get me still.

I'm with you, CJF. I love the J-Mac story.

There is a book. My wife and I have read it.

My wife is a Spec. Ed. teacher and it gets us both. She has some stuff in her room about it.

J-Mac went off! I have never seen anything like that before...except when Surfah went off for 8 3's in a row, in a local YMCA league game. Now that was special.

J-Mac goes off again, this time in the form of a 3:01 debut marathon.

And for those that haven't seen it, there is a clip of the original story in this article. Still gets to me three years later.

              Wow.

That video is good, but the ESPN one kills me.
