And now with the trading deadline gone Jimmer won't see the floor is my guess. DNP-CD tonight.
Crazy. No Thornton and no Terry and he still can't get minutes. Looks like McCallum got all Jimmer's usual time. But again, without Thornton and Terry, seems like there would be some minutes available. Maybe Mclemore got all those minutes.
why would they play him? They are tanking and he is 100% gonzo this offseason.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

Tanking? How do you figure? They've won 2 in a row (finally have a better record than the Jazz, thank goodness). Their best players are playing. Of course, for the Kings, tanking and trying to win are probably the same thing. But you are right about the other part. Jimmer won't be on the team next year, so why not play McCallum, who will be, to see if he can play (so far, no), and give more minutes to the other M guy. Here' to the Kings winning a few more games!
They unloaded Thornton, but that trade doesn't make them worse.

Funny that the Nets fell for the Thorton deal. With McHale out of Minnesota and the Clippers figuring things out, the Nets are the new home for sucker deals.

Thank heavens. Hopefully he'll get a chance to show what he can do with some regular minutes. The Kings organization is an absolute disaster.
What team could he go to that would give him regular minutes? Rumor out there is that the Heat and Spurs are interested. Would he get regular minutes (whatever that means) with either of those teams? I don't know if he would...
I guess the Knicks are interested too.. Any of those teams gonna give Jimmer regular minutes?
I'm not sure what any of us mean by regular minutes exactly, but if he goes to the Heat, can come in and hit some threes on occasion, and contribute to a championship run while playing with one of the greatest players of all time, he'll be much better off than playing 7-10 minutes a game behind Isaiah Thomas on a shitty Kings team regardless of the number of minutes he gets.

He might not get regular minutes with those two teams but that would be a great opportunity for him to go and contribute in different game situations there. They would have a specific role for him to play. Both those scenarios would be great for him.
