In other waiver news, Shawne Merriman will be waived today if he passes his physical.
Zygi Wilf the Vikings owner is pissed that they want to waive him.

I'm telling you, Brad Childress is an arrogant prick that needs to have his ego taken down a peg or two. I'd be all for hiring Leslie Frazier if it meant he could still run the defense.

What does it mean when you say clear the waviers? Waviers from whom?

When a player is waived each team in the league has a chance to claim him starting with the team who has the worst record (The Bills) all the way up to the team that has the best record (New England). Each team gets a chance to claim him if nobody claims him then at that point he "clears waivers" and can sign with any team.

Vikings with a nice comeback against the Cards. They looked like crap most of the game until midway through the 4th quarter, where they scored two touchdowns to knot it up at 24. Heading to OT right now.

The Vikes d-line have been reborn and are abusing Derek Anderson this game. I'm kind of glad Max didn't play.
