    Whatever happened to Steve Javie?

    I hadn't even noticed he's been gone until I came across this DA piece for NBA.com. I always liked Javie. Apparently he's been out since December with a bad knee. He's almost out of cartilage and has been trying to rehab it since with little success. He may never ref another game.
