Maybe that's why he chose the Masters for his comeback.

Perhaps. I think it had more to do with it being the Masters though.

Watson shoots a 67 which ties his lowest score ever for a round at Augusta. Good for him showing the youngsters how it's done.

Lee Westwood in with a 67.

Phil and Yang both at -5 as well through 15.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

The players who started the round in the morning have done a nice job of giving the afternoon guys a target score to shoot. It's turning out to be a good day of golf for those who like lower scores.

I'm going over to the cable store in a little bit to check out the in-store 3D broadcast. Since I don't own a 3D-ready TV, I can't view it at home.

I don't think I could stand to watch him on the 72nd hole with a six foot putt to win. It would hurt to bad to watch him yank it left and blow his second major in a year.

Wow. I was very close to laying a ten on Yang yesterday at 85/1 odds. Then HFN made me feel guilty for gambling, so I didn't make any bets.

Agreed, although I make myself feel better about that by imagining that he said "I meant to do that" to Cink as they waited to start the playoff.

He expressed genuine concern for my soul, and feared his friendship had proved to be a bad influence on me. While it's true that he is a terrible influence, gambling isn't the only influence he has had on me (though I've yet to purchase a pastel suit).

I have now lived in Vegas for the better part of 6 years, and I have only placed 4 bets during that time. I am 4 for 4, and have won a total of $74.40 on those bets. My bets were as follows:

                              Football:
                              2008 BYU-Washington (Wash =+14)
                              2009 TCU-Utah (TCU -Not Enough)

                              Basketball
                              2010 BYU-UNLV MWC Tourney (pick)
                              2010 Jazz v. Lakers (Lakers -4.5)

It is plain to see that I'm a gambling addict and it's all HFN's fault, as 3 of my 4 bets have come since spending a weekend golfing with him.

Tiger 3 under at the turn and he gave back one on a bogey on #7. Can't tell he took any time off.
