Apparently, Mark McGwire's brother hates him because he is publishing a tell all wherein he takes credit for introducing Mark to the world of steroids and he also accuses Mark of lying to the public....that Mark's primary reason for taking steroids was not to heal, but to bulk up and dominate.

As you can imagine, the brothers are estranged and have been for some time. The reason they are estranged? Because someone tickled Big Mac.

The brothers fell out after Jay McGwire's stepson, Eric, tickled Mark and caused Mark to spill coffee on himself. Mark then swatted Eric on the backside. Jay's wife, Francine, then refused to attend Mark's wedding.

This is child's play to the Cardinals and Cardinal fans. Any day I wake up to find the manager has not passed out drunk while operating a live vehicle at a stop light (one month before a member of his bullpen dies in a DUI accident) is a good day.

This whole thing makes me want to vomit. The whole steroids culture is ghastly. Body builders with their gross bulked out bodies have always turned my stomach. Worst of all, I'm always amazed at the number of people who are opportunistic in relationships; generally, it's what's in it for me? or, it's my way or adios. To see this kind of opportunism in families, between brothers, is really horrible. This brother is just trying to get rich off of his brother's tragedy after he benefited from the tragedy and the association and all that has been played out. These McGwires seem very trashy.

Agreed. Family and friends who gravy train off those who make it big time are some of the worst people around.
