One Word: myopic

His myopia is so bad, that he's actually looks backwards. He can't see a plus factor player in action, and pulls them when they're hot. His vision of the future extends to the next game, and how he can screw with the minds of his players. I think he has zero relationship with the players where he can play the "for us" card in a tight game.

The fact that he actually argued with Andre Miller for more than a half hour, (30 minutes of yelling) is a testament of his inability to step aside and see a situation as it really is. The more I learn about the guy, the more I can see that he's the root of the second half meltdowns.

Now with this thing with Rudy coming out and bagging on Nate.... The light at the end of the tunnel is a train.

The big problem is short of Brandon Roy the players have no clue how many minutes they are going to play on any given night.
