How do you pronounce "Rajon" Rondo's first name?

    I have heard

    RAY-zhon
    Ruh-JOHN
    Ruh-HAN

Which is it? Has this guy ever clarified? Last night alone I heard 3 different pronunciations by different people on TV.

I go with "Rah-zhon", which I don't think was found in your list of options.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

IIRC, one of the TNT guys last night was saying it RAI-zhon (same as RAY-zhon?), which is the way I've thought it was since he was at Kentucky.

ha. that one is a good one, too. true dat, double true.

EDIT: wait you changed it after I posted. I was reading the RAI as RYE-zhon. That would be cool

Ernie Johnson says it three times right near the beginning of this clip...FWIW, I'm still not sure how to pronounce it even if EJ is pronouncing it right.

                    Almost sound's like Falafel's RAH-zhon...

What do you mean "almost"?! That's exactly what it sounds like.

I didn't want to give you too much credit.

That, and they way I'm hearing it, he doesn't say it the same every time. But mostly because I didn't want to admit you might be right.
