Tiger entered rehab today for a pill addiction.

Tiger was having quite the good time when he was arrested for DUI in May. Tox screen shows he had Vicodin, Dilaudid, Xanax, Ambien and THC in his blood when arrested.

According to the report, the drugs in Woods' system were:

Hydrocodone, the generic form of a painkiller branded as Vicodin.

Hydromorphone, a strong painkiller commonly known as Dilaudid.

Alprazolam, a mood and sleep drug commonly known as Xanax. (The report also listed Alpha-Hydroxy Alprazolam, which is what Xanax becomes when it breaks down in the system.)

Zolpidem, a sleep drug commonly known as Ambien.

Delta-9 carboxy THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.
"As I previously said, I received professional help to manage my medications," Woods said Monday in a statement released through a spokesman. "Recently, I had been trying on my own to treat my back pain and a sleep disorder, including insomnia, but I realize now it was a mistake to do this without medical assistance. I am continuing to work with my doctors, and they feel I've made significant progress. I remain grateful for the amazing support that I continue to receive and for the family and friends that are assisting me."
So, uh, where were you getting the pills, Tiger?

I'm impressed that he could even stay awake let alone drive a car with all that in his system.

Tiger struggling to make the cut at Torrey. Sitting at even, with the projected cut a -1.

Leader is Ryan Palmer at -11. Jon Rahm is at -10 and Tony Finau at -9.

Really fun to watch this tournament having played the South course last summer.

As for Tiger, I predict he gets injured this season because he can't keep himself from overswinging when a crowd is rallying behind him.

I was thinking the same thing. I keep thinking "I parred all the par 3s on that course last year." It was so cool that I did that and that it happened.

I bet you bogeyed at least one of them.

Phil currently playing 14 identically to how I played it. 1 into the hazard, 2 chip out into the left rough. 3 leave it short in the fairway. Let's see if he can get it up and down for a bogey like I did.

Tiger sneaks into the weekend at -1, right on the line.

Lots of good golfers missing the cut, incluing Ricky Fowler, reigning ROY Xander Schauffele, Paddy Harrington, Luke Donald, and more.

Smylie Kaufman had a horrendous couple of days, firing a 76 yesterday and an 80 today to finish dead last at +12. Time to lay off the Natty Light, Smyline.

I didn't remember which hole was 14 when you posted this, as I wasn't watching live. Watching the replay, I immediately remembered your tee shot. When your second shot wasn't great, I thought for sure you were making double.

It was my first straight drive of the day. Of course, I was playing a fade because everything had been leaking right on me. So I aimed left and pounded one long and straight. Landed in grass but trickled into a bush in the junk.

I still don’t really have any idea what the first 3 holes look like. :fog:

Did you just call Paddy Harrington a good golfer? You are about a decade late on that.

Yeah, they are well past their primes. I guess I should have included them as big(ish) names instead of "good" golfers.

                              Brian Harmon was +7.

I have to admit, watching Tiger scramble yesterday was actually entertaining. He couldn’t hit a fairway but he got up and down more than a few times. We’ll see if this weekend leads to anything this season but I for one enjoy watching golf more when he’s relevant and not just a sideshow.
