It is good to see that the clear choice for the AL Cy Young won the award, I was starting to fear a Bartolo Colon style undeserving Cy Young coming on this year. I didn't have any real like or dislike for Greinke until I read this article
This statement from Greinke makes him awesome “That’s pretty much how I pitch, to try to keep my FIP as low as possible." The plain fact that you have a pitcher with incredible stuff that is looking at advanced statistical methods to improve his pitching performance tells me that this guy is going to be good for a long time. This won't be his last Cy Young or at least won't be the last Cy Young he deserves to get.
