Next year's draft will be strange because there's speculation that a rookie salary cap could be in place by the time the 2011 draft rolls around.
Locker is a guy with immense talent, but needs a lot more development. Based on raw talent alone, he could go high, but a number of teams could stay away given the interceptions and lack of experience in a real offense. While Bradford maximized his performance given the talent on the OU's o-line last year and SHOULD have come out, Locker is someone that can still improve with more reps and should stay in college. Right now he's a mid 1st to late 1st pick and that could improve to a top 5 overall in 2011. Even with an injury, I'm not sure if Locker goes much later than his current draft status.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

Heard Pete Fuitak on the radio today, he nailed the NFL comparison to Locker. Jamarcus Russell, just without college wins.
It is kinda funny to see CMBF already backing off the Locker hype after the USC game.Get confident, stupid
