Excellent.
I nominate this as next year's best avatar."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill

Who do you give the MVP to? A-Rod is a sentimental favorite, and he's had a great postseason. Rivera's another safe choice. You could also go with Damon.
The best team won the series.
I look forward to spending more time making fun of Cubs fans than needling Yankee haters. I enjoy doing it, but I like being a Cardinals fan more."I don't know the origin of said bitch booming."-Art Vandelay

the yanquis win.
I did my part by not watching a single second of this world series. For any of you that actually did watch, you are phony wannabe yanquis haters.
I take some solace knowing that the Phillies lost and that Shane Victorino is probably really upset.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

To paraphrase an old saying, "Rooting for the Yankees is like rooting for Microsoft.""Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.
The rest of us rarely bother to think about our actions." --Solon

Steelers.
Tar Heels.
Lakers (...and replacing the Celtics).
Penguins* (...replacing the Red Wings).
Yankees.
What is happening in sports? All of the winningest old-timers are suddenly dominating again, and all at the same time. Is this one of the seven seals?
*Hey they had a good run in the early 90's.
