TOUR FEVER! CATCH IT!

Two weeks from tomorrow the Tour de stinkin' France starts with a ITT in Monaco (for any of you new to this, not all of the tour de France always takes place in France; dint ask me, they're French!). This is going to be agreat race. I think it is cleaner than usual, and there are many exciting story lines.

In honor of the Tour I am briefly retiring my usual avatar (and APE, not a monkey) and am going with Didi the Devil, who is an institution in European bike racing and especially in the Tour de France.

Is there nay interest in a prediction contest for the Tour? We have sort of done it in the past, but I am getting so excited about it, I might be willing to try again and even come through with a prize this year. Any interest at all?

Oh no, my dirt eating friend, that is not how it will work. Unless you are expressing a fantasy preference of another sort, we will have some categories and some predictions required in each.

Although you do give me an idea. Maybe we should have a draft and let people pick three or four person squads and best overall time wins? That might be fun.

Let's see if we get nay interest in any of this stuff over the weekend and then next week I'll put something to gether.
