    He looked very strong in the Giro. He has had a great year and seems like a good guy. Too bad about the injury and withdrawal.

    I feel pretty bad for him. One top ten finish in a major tour may have meant more to him than the seven TDF's that Armstrong has.

      In his blog in the oregonian he says he will be back for the Tour de France. I hope so. I recall seeing him race here in the bay area years ago when he was with Maaxis or some other domestic team. Never thought he would someday be dratgin Levi's skinny butt through the dolomites while LA was sucking wind 2 minutes behind them.

      Here's hoping he makes it to the tourdF

        What did I miss? A quick scan of velonews didn't show me anything.

        Never mind. I found it. Thats too bad. He's been riding very well. Hopefully its nothing too serious.
