Cougs are missing dunks, layups, threes, everything. Shooting 21% from 3, at 3-14. The only saving grace is that LMU is shooting 20% from, 2-10.Comment

It was tough for the Cougs to hold opponents to under 38 points per half over the last few seasons. I'm not sure anyone is really showing out is flashy ways, but every shot is being contested. Even Haws' effort has improved. The Achilles heel of this team is rebounding. Against size, I think we'll struggle.Jesus wants me for a sunbeam.

Interestingly, SMC lost to Pacific in 4OTs on Saturday. I suspect Randy Bennett will have his team really fired up for the game on Thursday. In my opinion, the game Thursday is basically for 2nd place in the conference and an NCAA tourney spot even though it's only the second game of the conference season.Comment
