    I'm puzzled why BYU was to anxious to run him off when they haven't used his scholly, I wouldn't mind having him on the roster for another year

    Aside from his re-curring injuries, his desire to get onto graduate school, and him approaching the coach and it being his idea to move on with his life...that's a pretty good definition of being "run off."

      I don't think they ran him off. I think he left. I heard he met with the coaches and asked them how badly they needed him. When the answer was "Not too badly, we have some nice young size" he decided to get on with his life.

        He was really only effective for one game in his entire career, against Nevill. Oh, but what a game that was.

          Wink Adams also guarded Nevill effectively for about 12 minutes.

                I think that it was 5-2. 1-2 as a freshman and then 4-0 thereafter.

                    Many of those games occured before the mtn was available for most of the country to see and therefore I don't believe they actually happened.
