luke was a breath of fresh air tonight, using all of his body (including his skull) to get the W. He was also robbed of free throws on a very questionable offensive foul call. For those that saw starting lineups, Luke, not only got the start but also anchored the intros with the final call-out!

    Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

He's definitely improved. Last year I wouldn't have taken him for a pick-up game. This year I probably would.

GTFO. This is a pro-Luke thread.

Right. I got that from the introduction to the thread...

Plus, deep down that was a pro-Luke comment.

He has improved quietly. He plays some defense and is improved on the hook.

Luke deserves credit for being our most consistent post player this season so far. I don't know what it is with most of our other bigs, but they don't even seem to pretend to want the ball in the post. At least Luke tries to get set up and he has actually scored on some legitimate post moves. CK also has shown a willingness to do work down low, as well. Austin needs to figure that out quickly, we aren't taking advantage of the height we have on these other teams.

but tonight is all about Luke. On the drive home, wrubell announced that Luke was named the energy player of the game for his 7-4 night. I don't know what company sponsors that designation but Luke was the guy. Luke also said he preferred IG over Twitter

I don't think he made one of those sweet baby hook shots last night, but as per usual, he made missing look good.
