I was tempted to say touché, but I can't get the image of thousands of bleacher seats out of my mind. Why was it, again, that BYU renovated the Marriott Center last summer?Last edited by LA Ute; 12-08-2012, 02:35 PM.“There is a great deal of difference in believing something still, and believing it again.”

I'd think you'd lose a lot more than 4K seats if you got rid of the upper bowl. Wouldn't you?Originally posted by UteStar View PostIf I were Huntsman and I had money trickling out of my ears...I would do something similar to what LA said and make it smaller. I would get rid of the entire upper bowl and put in suites. That would knock out around 4K seats or so.

I am guessing that the upper bowl holds around 6 thousand...and then I was thinking with the suites, you would get back 1-2 thousand seats which would leave the Huntsman with around 11-12,000 seats.Originally posted by Portland Ute View PostI'd think you'd lose a lot more than 4K seats if you got rid of the upper bowl.
