        The rumors were true. Austin can shoot the 3. Looks like a natural shot for him but it admittedly looks a little weird to see a 6'11'' guy shoot it from so far out.

                  Brock Zylstra. How about that?

                  Nice to see Austin get some minutes. His old man told me that he is a very good shooter and can hit from anywhere. Looks like he may have been right.

                      Why did we just play a game in Northern Arizona's gym? I wonder if the BYU brass sat around thinking how they could maximize BYUTV viewership. Play a game on the road against a team that won't have a TV contract, so we can pick it up?

                        It was a neutral site. Doesn't BYU always have weird games this time of year because of "Christmas Around the World"?

                          I think it's obvious BYU wanted to broadcast the game so it was at a neutral site. I bet even NA was happy to have a game broadcast on national tv.

                            This is why. MC is being used for Christmas around the World.

                            Nate Austin was grew up playing the 2 guard and just outgrew the position. The guy has skills.

                              He hit two shot from 15-18 feet that looked as good as any shooting guard, not to mention his 3 pt shot. We are going to need him to pick it up defensively as well. Gonzaga's Sacre-bleu will be a handful and Austin at least has the length to alter his shot. Austin is physical but foul prone at this point but I've been very happy with his shooting and especially his conditioning so soon after returning. We don't have a Jimmer on this team but surprises abound and I like this team.

                                Carlino will be the X factor this year. If he can hold down the spot better than the dynamic duo of Master Windu and Cosack, we'll be sittin pretty.
