The way that the guys knocked down 3s tonight was obviously the key -- they won't shoot like that every game, but hopefully they can do it for at least a couple more games.

Jackson's jumper to stem the Gonzaga rally after they cut the lead to 8 points was huge. Collinsworth was huge on the boards.

The only thing that would make this day better would be if UConn loses after all the shit Kemba Walker was tweeting about BYU and Jimmer the last few days.

Actually nevermind -- looks like his twitter account got hacked. I should have known it was something like that. Just a bunch of stuff about how BYU would go out early in the tournament and BYU and Jimmer weren't that great.

I feel old and stupid when I get fooled by stuff like that.

A couple of thoughts:

If you give Sacre to Rose, he has two legit POY candidates and the odds on favorites to win a National Championship ... until the Honor Code office gets a hold of Sacre.

Gonzaga was exactly as advertised. Very well coached team with excellent interior skills and suspect guard play.

Noah's first three destroyed the Gonzaga defensive game plan.

I love it when Jimmer lets the game come to him.

After 6 games, our new offense has finally gelled and it is something to behold. Dudes finally looked comfortable with the shots they got and the role they played. I expect us to continue to have trouble guarding and no trouble scoring.

Jimmer is absolutely disgusting and any who says otherwise doesn't know shit about hoops. He is the best college player to ever play at BYU.

Rose can coach the shit out of the game.

Zags will be fun to play every year. They are a really good program with very good fans.

When Jimmer made that cut to the basket and Hartsock hit him in stride for the layup, it was clear that we had found a rhythm with it.
