BYU plays like that in the first round of the NCAA tournament and they will be the next 2/15 upset. Utah is pathetically bad and a midseason firing of Boylen may be appropriate.

Not trying to be a jerk, but was Kupets wearing make up? On slingbox the picture isn't great. On a couple of the close ups on him he appeared to be wearing eyeliner. Made me laugh, especially when he was trash talking.

I am deeply suspicious of any BYU fan post that begins with "Not trying to be a jerk but.... " Besides, the eyeliner was a trick, designed to confuse Jimmer. It worked for a while.

BYU really played awful tonight and your competition in the first round as a 2 seed is going to be a team substantially better than Utah. That is how bad things are on the hill.

I don't blame you for your suspicions. I'm really not trying to troll. mp's post reminded me that something looked odd when the kid was trashing talking. I thought it was funny, but I'm pretty sure it was just the product of a bad MTN production compounded by viewing on a slingbox. However, if he was wearing eyeliner then all bets are off on the level of jerkiness I will reach.

I've made the mistake of hanging out on cougarboard. I am wondering if the more reasonable fans on this site believe there is a vast MWC conspiracy to deprive Jimmer Fedette of calls like the people on cougarboard believe.

I for one think he gets an appropriate amount of foul calls. He draws a lot of contact and goes to the line a lot.

I do think the past two games he hasn't got the calls he got in the first half of MWC play. I think it has to do with general sucky officiating (on both sides of the ball) than conspiracy. I think it is good for him to have to adjust his game to a variety of officiating.
