  • NBA All-stars announced

Boston just about sweeps the Eastern reserves with Ray Allen, KG, Pierce and Rondo all making it along with Bosh, JOe Johnson and Al Horford.

In the West Ginobili, Duncan, Blake Griffin, D-will, Gasol, Dirk and Westbrook make it.

Notable snubs Kevin Love, Lamarcus Aldridge, Steve Nash and in the East Carlos Boozer, Josh Smith, and Andrew Bogut.

How does Kevin "I can't get no" Love not make it? Do you think it has something to do with his old school make up and game that lacks flair?

He didn't make first cut, but he'll make it.

Who would you pick him over?
If we disagree on something, it's because you're wrong.

Agreed. So put guys from the 40-8 team that actually deserve to be there. But the stupid selection process meant Duncan was going to go and not Parker.

Have two teams ever accounted for more than seven players on a single All-Star roster? I can't imagine two teams accounting for eight players on one roster, so that has to be some sort of a record, no?

Once again, I agree with you. Give the credit where it is due. Even a homer like CJ can see that.

Blake Griffin is deserving of his allstar bid, but I think you could also make a pretty strong argument that Love should be an allstar over Griffin. I really think the only major snub on the west is Love and it is a pretty big one. How often do you see a player averaging 21 pts and 15.5 boards miss the allstar game?
