Utah State is 19-2, BYU is 20-1. Utah State has lost at BYU and at Georgetown. Utah State took BYU down to the wire, was a lot more competitive than San Diego State (but was drubbed by Goergetown). BYU lost on a neutral court to UCLA.

The difference between Utah State and BYU may be just that they played in Provo this year.
