10/7 wouldn't have been a massive upset, but UK survives thanks to a desperation 3 at the end of regulation. Through his work, my brother met the father of the strength and conditioning coach at Florida Atlantic who apparently had a connection to someone at UK who reportedly told him Mark Pope would be fired if they lost today. Seems like a stretch that inside knowledge like that would get to someone working at FAU, but it doesn't seem unfathomable that UK would be so knee jerk and impatient like that.Originally posted by bluegoose View PostComment
