When a true genius appears, you can know him by this sign: that all the dunces are in a confederacy against him.

I'll give you credit. Nice call on that one.

I'm telling you, it's the 1998 Utes with really great athletes at every position and among the reserves.

WV is also a very well-coached team. I'm not a fan of Huggins at all - in fact, I'd rather see him kicked out of coaching because of his cheating - but he knows that game and gets his team to buy into it.

Bob Huggins intrigues me, mostly because of that sweatsuit that he wears on the sidelines. Is there a story behind it? Is there a reason he feels fine about showing up in front of thousands of fans and a nationwide TV audience wearing the equivalent of pajamas? And why does he zip it all the way up to his neck? Does he feel it looks less casual that way? I'm thinking, with the way he wears it, that he is actually wearing some other getup underneath, and when they win the championship, he will rip off the sweatsuit to reveal a formal tuxedo or a huge "ColdenPalace.com" tattoo or something.

Huggins is the new Majerus. Think a Majerus who can recruit really well.

More appropriately, the enduring Majerus. They started coaching at about the same time and Huggins went to his first Final Four in '92. He's just been a damn good coach for a long time.

Sorry but predicting a 2 seed to win a regional is not really going out on a limb. In fact according to ESPNs bracket pick'em West Virginia was the team picked most to come out of that region.

Those of us in the CUF Money group are grateful that you did not put your superior powers of prognostication to work by entering a bracket and taking all our money.

I am ranked no. 5 out of over 100 people on my firm's bracket even though I picked Georgetown to take it all.

I think this explains SU's confidence in his limited sports acumen. He spends his days surrounded by people who actually know less about sports than he does.
