  • Wake Forest up on North Carolina late.........

Wake is so quick and explosive they are getting in to the lane at will, Jeff Teague is abusing UNC with 30 points already, and he has held Lawson to 4 points and 4 turnovers.

One thing that the announcers said that was intersting is: "If Wake can hold on, this win will rank right up there with the win over BYU as the biggest signature wins of any team this season"

    That is nice to hear.

Wake wins and their RPI jumps to the teens. BYU stays in the 30's. Utah still at 22.

When did Wrubel start calling Wake/UNC games?

That was a great game. I just kept thinking during that game that there is certainly no shame in losing at home or on the road to that Wake Forest team. Very impressive. They won that game with minimal contributions from both Williams and Johnson and with both Johnson and Aminu in foul trouble for most of the second half.

        Teague was money.

I thought the game against Wake Forest was the best played BYU hoop game I had seen in years. Losing always sucks but I had and absolute blast at that game and was very entertained.

I should have found a way to get there. To think BYU played WF that close (even at home) with Cummard and JT struggling from the floor, is crazy.

The more this become's Jimmer Fredette's team, the better. As this year progresses I believe more and more that Rose should have made Fredette his starting PG once the Conference season started last year.

BYU rebounded really well against Wake.

They sure did, but watching last night, it appears that is Wake's weakness. UNC continued to get O rebounds.

We make some critical FTs and the Wake game is much closer.
