Watkins' dunk attempt was awesome, perhaps the highest b-ball catapult in history. I swear I saw feathers drifting down along with the ball during re-entry.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a bb stay in the air longer. I'm wondering from those who were there…How high did it go (it left the screen)? As was mentioned earlier, it was only inches from going in - which would have been a great highlight.

I would say a good 30-35 feet. It was crazy BYU had two guys there to rebound it and they had to wait for it to hit the rim again. That was crazy.

I think that distinction still belongs to Danny Ainge. But by the end of next year he will most definitely be in the discussion as long as he keeps it up.

He has 4 games this year of 33 or more points, Ainge had 6 his entire career.

I don't think Ainge played with the three point line in college; I wonder what difference it would have made in his scoring.
