Perhaps lost in the glow of bowl victories, I found out today that UNM lost to Oral Roberts last night. There goes the number 12 ranking. Right now, pre-conference best team honors probably has to go to UNLV with BYU right behind. The Lobos will lose to Texas Tech next week as well.
